We can provide an adaptable service designed around you to suit your needs, from a one-off contract delivering a weekend service, or a fully managed service operated over a much longer period.
By engaging directly with your Trust’s service key stakeholders to measure the challenges you’re experiencing we’ll be able to identify any issues from staffing shortages, limitations in clinical capacity or high referral volumes. This will then enable us to create and implement an effective solution to shorten waiting lists, with patient safety at the forefront of all decisions.
Having identified your service’s needs and expectations, our expert team will design a detailed plan setting out how Insourcing Plus will collaborate with you to fulfil the initial goals discussed.
Further discussions following our initial proposal are carried out as necessary to tailor-make your service. We can conduct a site visit with a Clinical Lead if required to understand better how to achieve the best service delivery for you, utilising your facilities and resources and meeting your team, to embed trust and ensure a high-quality service.
Our service delivery team will set up and onboard our clinical team with your Trust prior to launching the service, ensuring we familiarise the team with the hospital site and its processes. Our clinical team will prioritise safe and efficient discharging to contribute positively to RTT wait lists, supporting the NHS in meeting its targets.
Regular, transparent reviews of the service are conducted, with feedback being collected from our staff and the Trust to identify areas where we’re getting it right and where there are any points we can work on to ensure maximum client satisfaction and successful patient outcomes.
